Personalization & prohibited content

Updated October 4, 2026 · This policy forms part of Furzyra’s Terms of Sale and applies to photos, text and designs submitted for any personalized product.

Your rights and permissions

You must own the submitted content or have permission to reproduce it on your order. You must have all necessary copyright and trademark licences, image rights and consent from identifiable people. By ordering, you confirm these rights and grant Furzyra and its production and delivery partners the limited permission needed to prepare, manufacture and fulfil your order. This does not transfer your ownership or authorize advertising use of your upload.

A rights checkbox is a declaration, not proof of ownership. We may request evidence of permission. Brand names, fictional characters, logos, artwork and photos owned by someone else may not be reproduced without the necessary authorization.

Content we do not accept

• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or other third-party rights; counterfeit designs.
• Sexual or pornographic content, sexual exploitation, or intimate images shared without consent.
• Any sexual abuse or exploitation of children, including depictions that are drawn, altered or generated.
• Credible threats, encouragement of terrorism or serious violence, hate targeting protected groups, or unlawful harassment.
• Someone else’s sensitive personal data, identity documents, financial credentials or private information without lawful authorization.
• Other illegal content or content intended to facilitate unlawful conduct.

Review and refusal

Uploads are kept privately for order preparation. Technical validation and limited text screening assist review; they cannot establish ownership or detect every prohibited image. Human review is mandatory before printing. We may pause an order, ask for permission evidence, refuse a design or cancel an order that cannot be lawfully fulfilled. We do not print rejected designs.

If Furzyra cancels an unproduced order because it cannot be fulfilled, the affected item and related unfulfilled charges are refunded to the original payment method. Refund processing times depend on the payment provider. This policy does not remove any mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy and serious incidents

Your uploads are normally kept for up to 90 days for order preparation and support, subject to our Privacy Policy. Access is restricted. A lawful preservation requirement or a serious incident may require restricted retention beyond ordinary deletion schedules.

If suspected child sexual exploitation is identified, fulfilment is blocked and the incident is restricted. We follow applicable reporting and preservation obligations and official instructions, rather than circulating the files for informal review.

Questions or rights complaints

Contact support@furzyra.com with your order number or a description of the rights concern. Do not attach suspected illegal child exploitation material. A child in immediate danger requires emergency assistance from the appropriate authorities.
