Delivery estimates

Current estimates include production and carrier transit. They are estimates, not guaranteed dates; timing can change by destination, season, and carrier.

• United States: about 4–7 business days
• Canada: about 12–32 business days. Cross-border transit can take longer.

Production averages about 2 business days. Tracking details are shared when the carrier provides them. We’ll email you if an issue materially affects your shipment.

Personalized items

Because your blanket is made specifically from the artwork you approve, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns or changes for an incorrect customer-selected photo, crop, text, size, or colour once production begins. Please review the preview and options before placing your order.

Damaged or misprinted orders

If your blanket arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing/printing error, email support@furzyra.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging. We’ll review the report and coordinate an appropriate reprint or refund where the issue is confirmed. We’ll tell you if the item needs to be returned; please don’t send it back before contacting us.

These terms do not limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the laws that apply to your purchase.
