How do I personalize my blanket?
Choose the size and Sherpa reverse colour, upload a clear JPG, PNG or WebP photo (up to 12 MB), position it in the preview and add optional text. Review and approve your design before adding it to the cart.
What is the blanket made of?
The blanket has a full-colour printed front and a soft Sherpa reverse. It is 100% polyester with rounded corners, available in three sizes and white, grey or beige reverse colours. Product photos are illustrative mockups.
Where do you deliver?
Orders ship to the United States and Canada. Standard shipping is included in the displayed price. Estimated delivery including production and transit: 4–7 business days for the United States and 12–32 business days for Canada. Estimates can vary, especially for cross-border shipments.
Which currency are the prices in?
All displayed prices and checkout charges are in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.
Can I change my design or return a personalized blanket?
Review your photo, crop, text, size and colour carefully. Once production begins, changes and change-of-mind returns are not covered. For a damaged item or manufacturing/printing issue, contact support@furzyra.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
How do I get help or track my order?
Tracking information is emailed when available. Contact support@furzyra.com with your order number for order or delivery questions.
