Shipping

Each blanket is made to order. Current estimates are about 4–7 business days for delivery in the United States and 12–32 business days in Canada, including production and transit. These are estimates and may change with destination or carrier conditions. Tracking is provided when available. Standard shipping is included in the displayed product price.

Photo and care

Use a sharp, well-lit photo where your pet is easy to see. Check the full preview, crop, and any optional text carefully before approving. Machine wash separately in cold water (max 30°C/90°F) on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean. Tumble dry on low heat; follow the care label.

Personalized item support

Because each blanket is made with your approved design, change-of-mind returns and mistakes in a customer-approved photo, text, size, or colour are not covered. If your blanket arrives damaged or with a print/manufacturing issue, contact support@furzyra.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review it and coordinate an appropriate resolution. This does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Read our Shipping & Returns page before ordering.
