Standard shipping is included to the United States and Canada. Estimated shipping after production: 2–5 business days in the US; 5–15 business days in Canada. Your personalized cushion is made before dispatch. Production time is separate from shipping. Estimates can vary, especially for remote destinations, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Tracking is provided when available.

Shipping & Returns

A few things to know.

Can I use any pet photo?

Yes. Choose a clear, well-lit JPG, PNG or WebP up to 12 MB. The studio warns you if the photo may print soft at the chosen size; you can adjust the crop or use a sharper photo.

Can I add text?

Yes. Add your own name or message, choose the font and colour, and position it on the preview. Text is optional.

Is the insert included?

Yes. The faux suede polyester cover includes a polyester cushion insert and a concealed zipper. This product is intended for indoor use.

What will be printed on the back?

You choose: the same design as the front, or a separately personalized back with its own photo and text. Both are included at the same price. Review both previews before approving.

How do I care for it?

Remove the cover. Machine wash at a maximum of 40°C. Do not bleach or dry-clean. Tumble dry on low and follow the care label.

What if there is a printing problem?

If your item arrives damaged or has a printing or manufacturing defect, contact support@furzyra.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. See Shipping & Returns for full details. Approved photo, text and size choices cannot be changed after production starts.
